Why You Need a Portal Login

Your IADD membership grants access to exclusive benefits, but to take full advantage, you must create a portal login.

The portal is your gateway to:

  • Member discounts on events, training, and industry resources
  • The IADD Member Directory for networking and collaboration
  • Exclusive industry insights, whitepapers, and reports
  • Event registration and access to past recordings
  • Your membership details, renewals, and invoices




How to Sign Up for the IADD Member Portal


First, make sure that you have an active membership with the IADD.

To become a member, click  here or use the button at the top of this page.


Step 1:
  • In the IADD Member Portal Login widget, click the "Create Account" button. (Or click the IADD Portal Button below)
  • Select "Individual" from the drop down menu.
  • Set up a secure password for your account.
  • Fill in any additional required fields (name, company, role, etc.).
  • Verify that you are not a robot in the CAPTCHA box
  • Submit your information.


Step 2: Verify Your Email

  • Check your inbox for a verification email from IADD/AssociationSphere.
  • Click the link in the email to activate your portal account.


Step 3: Log In & Explore Your Member Benefits
Once verified, log in and navigate the dashboard to access:
  • Event registrations & discounts
  • Industry reports & whitepapers
  • Networking opportunities
  • Personal Membership Documents
  • Receipts/Transaction/Donation Documents
  • Member Directory

FAQs & Troubleshooting


Q: I already signed up for IADD—why do I need a separate portal login?
A: The portal ensures
secure access to your exclusive membership benefits, event registrations, and billing details.


Q: What if I forget my password?
A: Click
“Forgot Password” on the login page, and a reset link will be sent to your email.


Q: Can I create a portal account for my company?

A: Yes. But for a company to be considered a "member", the company must be a Corporate Sponsor.

Q: Can I use my portal account to switch my team member names or comped event passes?

A: Absolutely! Log into your portal, click the events icon, select the event from the dropdown menu, click the "assign tickets" option on your ticket row, enter the changes in the pop-up screen and click save.
