Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation for an IADD event must be submitted in writing to info@iadd-intl.org. Cancellations requested two weeks before an event will receive a full refund less a $50.00 handling fee. For cancellations one week or less before the event, no refunds will be paid. For IADD event no-shows, no refunds will be issued.
In the case that IADD cancels or reschedules an event, IADD shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation, etc. The IADD encourages delegates to take out travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements. The registration fee will either be refunded in full or transferred to another event.
